MATERIALS
1.RINGS&BALLS
Gcr15 high carbon chromium bearing steel is the standard material for precision bearing rings and balls. Please see TABLE 1 for its chemical composition and TABLE 2 for the contrast of Bearing Steel No. in different countries.

2.CAGES
Cages normally adopt H62 copper steel or 08F cold rolled steel belt. However, other materials such as stainless steel, nylons or phenolic resins can also be used upon request in case of special conditions such as corrosive environment, misalignment or high-speed operation.
3.DUST SHIELDS & SEAL RINGS
Dust shields normally employ steel as the standard with other special materials such as AISI-300 stainless steel available upon request. Seal rings are mainly made of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR: working temperature range: -40℃~ 120℃). To meet different requirements such as higher temperature resistance and greater ductility, other sealing materials such as ACM rubber, fluorocarbon rubber (FKM), silicon rubber (PMQ/VMQ) are available. Jinxiang Bearing can also supply environmental-friendly seal rings that pass the European Union’s RoHS certification.
4.PLASTICS IN PULLEY BEARINGS
Plastics in pulley bearings are normally made of nylon, POM, PP, PA or synthetic plastics. The shapes of pulley bearings vary greatly according to different application demands such as a usage in wheels or conveyor rollers. Jinxiang Bearing has adopted imported plastic that is super tough and electrically conductive to help release static electricity during products’ operation.
